As well as looking at renting or buying the tents for wedding, you will need to think of many more things.
Flooring
You could just pop your tent up on the grass and let it be, but what if the floor isn’t exactly a stable playing ground? You will want an area in which you can dance – the flatter the better, especially when you consider that most of your wedding party, and especially you will be wearing heels! Grass stains do not look good on any wedding dress, no matter what the style. You have a few options of course:

Plywood subfloor – this is the most expensive option of course, but it will make the ground beneath your tent stable and suitable for dance floors, eating areas and much more.
Snap-deck flooring. Plastic panels are used that are quite literally snapped into place with this flooring option for your wedding tents. This isn’t exactly the best kind of flooring option if you don’t have a level playing ground and is won’t actually level anything out but it will provide an area on which you can pop tables, chairs and other wedding style bits and pieces.
Of course, on top of these you can always pick a more attractive option of flooring which can include carpet or carpet tiles to match the rest of your theme.
Power
You will need some kind of power device with wedding tents, unless you want one that is going to end up in the dark of course! You should look into getting yourself a generator – using power from a nearby house or building is a bad option because you run the risk of blowing a fuse!
Toilets
It’s a tent and we are going back to nature but you can’t seriously expect your wedding guests to “squat!” You will need to think of restroom facilities for your party – not too close but at the same time, not too far away!
Heating or Air Conditioning
If you are having the wedding in the summer, you will want air conditioning. If you are having the wedding in winter, you will need heating. There are no two ways about it – outdoor wedding tents are either going to get too hot or too cold at some point during the day. You will also have other things to take into account – your flowers will die much quicker when the temperature is not just right and the photos will just look garbage! You may want to consider throwing in a few fans, either on the ceiling or in the corner of the wedding tents, to keep the air moving within the structure.

There are so many things that you would need to take into account with wedding tents that it might seem like a crazy option to even begin to think about. The one thing that you will need to remember however, is that this is going to be the happiest day of your life and you are only be doing it once so go all out and have a blast! As long as you are prepared and plan everything to do with your wedding tent as soon as possible, you will find that your wedding really will be the talk of the town, and for all of the right reasons!
