If you dig a little deeper, you will find that immature men were usually spoiled as children, particularly by their mothers. At all costs, they will try to avoid responsibility. Great if they can find someone who will do all the chores and handle all their duties for them. At all costs, they will try to turn everything they do into kind of game and recreation. In short, they want to have fun. Being used to that their every wish is indulged, these men retain bullet-proof confidence in their own charms, which makes them even more attractive. They absolutely do not feel the need to please women, and, ironically, this is what makes them so pleasant.
Immature men are not exactly childish, but it is their joyful buoyant spirit which makes people perceive them as if they are younger than their actual age. It awakens maternal feelings in women and makes them want to take care of them.

It might be only logical if immature men wanted only immature women to accompany them in their adventures, but strangely enough, this is not the case. What they truly need is someone who would take the role of an adult in the relationship. This does not mean criticizing them or demanding from them to grow up, but it means that she must be loving and indulgent. She must handle all the responsibilities to let him play.
