So many women refuse to get their bodies out during the hot summer months because they are embarrassed, and when you take a look at all of the things that we ladies have to deal with, you can kind of understand why! Use salt to detoxify your body and exfoliate your skin
Salt is a known substance to help detoxify. When you combine that with the fact that the textured of the salt will be rough on the skin, you have something that is going to detoxify your body as well as being abrasive enough in a safe way that you can remove the dead skin cells from the top layers of your body. And what happens when you remove dead skin cells ladies? More, newer, better looking skin cells with grow in its place! It’s hardly rocket science now, is it?
More quick fixes
Of course if you have left everything to the last minute, you are not going to want to hear about creams that can take four weeks to take effect, or diets that need 10 days, (and not the 7 that you actually have left) to lose those extra pounds and make you look fabulously smooth; you are going to want something that will work NOW. Well if you can’t make it; fake it!
You don’t need to take shed loads of tanning oils, lotions, creams, mousses etc. on holiday. You just need a couple of select ingredients to perfect the beauty cake that you are trying to create. For example, using something as simple as a highlighter that you would use on your face on an area such as the buttocks, chest, arms or legs can create a mess into something quite beautiful indeed. The instant slimmer – whack a bit of cream on the middle sections of your shin bone, blending as you go, (properly ladies; no one likes “tan lines”!) as well as shading a bit on your inner thighs, sides and along the backs of your arms, you can instantly create a much slimmer figure.
