A word about beauty products
Back to actually working for what you want, however, rather than faking it, you should probably look at using half decent creams and lotions on your body, rather than the same old bottle that you have been using for years on all areas of the place. Although you don’t need to go completely crazy and have a different lotion or cream for every body part of limb, you do have to focus on certain areas specifically. For example, a good knee cream can help to prevent sagging knees later on in life. A good eye cream will make the world of difference to your dark circles. Cellulite or collagen cream can help areas such as your upper legs, buttocks and thighs. Pay more attention to the creams and products you are using on your body, and spend more attention on the areas that need the most work.
Learn to walk!
Walking not only helps to raise your metabolism, get your blood plumping and enables you to lose weight; it also helps to tone up the areas of your body that you are likely to have the most issues with. Your buttocks, legs from top to bottom, and even tummy and hips can all be toned with some good walking. Buy shaping-up style sneakers at the same time, and you could be body beautiful just by placing one step in front of the other!
Not happy with your bust?
If you’re not happy with your bust, maybe you should look towards wearing a good bra in bed, especially if you are bustier than most girls. When you combine this with using a good bust cream that contains things such as CoQ10, vitamin E, Omega 3, 6 & 9, and collagen, you can give the very delicate area of the skin here a good boost to keep it in good shape. Reduce your stretch marks
Stretch marks are other very common problems for us ladies to have to deal with, but apparently there are now things that you can do to avoid them, as well as decreasing their appearance once you have already had them. Exfoliate
This actually brings us very nicely to our next point – exfoliating! Not enough women do this and if you knew how much GOOD it would be doing to your body, you will kick yourself for not doing it sooner! All you need for this is a good exfoliating scrub, a brush or a mitt, and a few extra minutes in the shower. A dry brush can also help, especially with dry skin and the rejuvenation of new skin cells. One thing that has been said to have good skin results is a product that contains coffee.
