By the time you reach 35 your hands have been through a lot. They’ve dealt with sun, wind, cold, heat, and harsh chemicals. In addition, we often tend to skip hands when taking care of ourselves. All attention goes to face and hair. Hands are usually forgotten.
No matter how young your face looks, if your hands look old they will give away your real age. The earlier you start taking care of your hands, the better. A lot of anti-aging treatments that work for face will work for your hands too. But here is something special you can do for your hands:
Skin on hands is no different than anywhere else on your body. Speeding up cell turnover with regular exfoliation will make it look younger and fresher. Prepare sugar scrub by mixing olive oil and granulated sugar and use it on your hands once a week. Lazy? Any ready scrub will do.
Don’t underestimate the importance of your hands, they are visible. If you don’t take care of them now, they aren’t going to get better.
