Keep in mind that coffee and tea do not count, because they have a diuretic action causing you lose even more water. For every cup of coffee or tea you need to have an additional glass of pure water to make up for increased moisture loss.
You need to repair any damage that occurred as a result of external (such as excessive sun exposure, smoking, and pollution) and internal (such as hormonal imbalances) insults on a daily basis. All-Inclusive Anti-Aging Program
Add an all-inclusive anti-aging program rich in ingredients that target all the causes of aging, not just one. It should include anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, moisturizers, collagen-builders and protectors.
